EAT YOUR VEGETABLES: DRY YOUR OWN KALE
I know that I don’t eat enough vegetables.  With my schedule, steaming or roasting vegetables with dinner is not realistic.  I don’t like tossed salad either.  So I learned about drying kale in the oven.  I buy bunches of fresh kale, wash them and put them in a lasagna pan on about 350 degrees for an hour.  Once dry I put kale chips on pasta, meat, baked potato, rice, etc.  Kale is a superfood with a lot of minerals and nutrients.
